Billing Analyst

We’re seeking a Billing Analyst who can process and reconcile incoming payments on behalf of our clients. This role will also include supporting the development of billing functionality within the our software platform. WE always encourage out employees to think outside the box and take on new challenges, so if you are a self-motivated accounting professional with an entrepreneurial spirit, this position could be the perfect fit!

Main Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition Associate

We’re looking for someone passionate about community solar and distributed energy who will contact and develop relationships with potential customers. As part of the Acquisition Team, you’ll generate warm subscriber leads for our clients and conduct outreach campaigns to enroll residents, businesses, and municipalities into shared renewable energy programs. If you are experienced in sales, have strong communication skills, and are familiar with the renewable energy industry, we encourage you to apply.

Main Responsibilities

Implementation Specialist

The Implementation Specialist should have exceptional skills in logistics and operations for integrating new clients into our software platform. The specialist will also work to develop and execute configurations that support both internal business processes and external vendor relationships. You should expect to be involved in pre-sales client preparation work as well as proposal development and project scoping.

Main Responsibilities

Account Manager

Ampion relies on its Account Managers to provide clients with the best portfolio management experience they can have. As Account Manager, you will assist clients in both initial and ongoing management stages, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Main Responsibilities

  • checker-bullet Oversee the implementation of new clients into Ampion's system.
  • checker-bullet Educate clients around the required implementation materials and documentation.
  • checker-bullet Communicate closely with clients around new energy legislation, customer acquisition milestones, customer management details, financial updates, and software developments.
