One critical partner in having a successful renewable energy program is your local utility, since they are often the ones that provide the credit or bill to the customer. With such complex arrangements, things do not always go smoothly. When that occurs, you need a trusted partner to identify and resolve issues to yours and your customerโ€™s satisfaction.

We have seen that โ€“ even with the best of intentions - communications with legacy utility systems can be challenging. Unintentional mistakes can get messy and complicated. Allocations and enrollments

We ensure that your customers receive the correct allocations. In the event they are incorrectly applied to the bill, we work with the utility to correct errors and communicate issues to the customer. We ensure enrollment and de-enrollment issues are resolved, and ensure the right customer is added to the right asset at the right time

Credits and debits

Likewise, we coordinate with the utility to correct the mistakes made in crediting or debiting, and clearly communicate resolutions to the customer on a timely basis

Payment applications

In the event payments are improperly applied, Ampion will work towards a speedy resolution and timely and concise communication with your customer
